There are no restocking fees.

There are no return shipping fees if the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise defective product.

You will be responsible for paying the actual shipping costs for returning your item if you purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or you no longer want the item.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@dryfeet.co If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if you return your item without our request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional charges resulting from your unauthorized return. Therefore, if you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@dryfeet.fr within 30 business days of delivery to explain your concern. Our customer service team will then assist you in providing a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.

If the issue is significant, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, the product may be held for the customer's disposal.

We do NOT offer returns or exchanges on products purchased during a sale or promotion.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items.

We will issue a refund or send a replacement immediately once we verify that your items meet all the conditions of the refund policy. You do not need to return your items. The receipt time for your replacement item is the same as for shipping new products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

We do not charge restocking fees on returns.

DAMAGED AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

REFUND POLICY

All our products, manufactured and supervised by a professional design team, are tailored to our customers' tastes.

We allow customization to your needs and preview the design of your choice before proceeding with the order; these are customized products printed according to your needs, so we do not offer returns or reprints for orders marked as delivered.

Customers can contact their carrier (i.e., USPS/UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) for exact delivery details, including GPS location.

We want you to be satisfied with the services we provide. If your product is defective or not as described, don't worry. Simply email us at contact@dryfeet.co and we will remedy the situation by offering a replacement or a refund.

Any unsuccessful delivery due to customer errors on the delivery address or customer unavailability, any product loss due to the security of customers' living areas (as long as the shipping carriers confirm the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund if you REFUSE to receive it either.

Any dissatisfaction related to the size and/or colors of clothing will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Make sure to check our size charts on the product pages or your order confirmation email within the first 12 hours after completing your purchase.

FULLY REFUNDED

For hygiene reasons and because our products are made to order, we do not exchange or refund items unless the item you received has a major problem.

We will fully refund your receipt (transaction fees + shipping fees) or send a replacement if your order meets the issues below.
Your order will be subject to replacement or refund if:
Your order does not arrive at your delivery address within 30 business days of the order. However, please note that any claim for late delivery filed after 60 business days from the initial order date will be rejected.

With our policy, within 30 days of receiving the item, you can request a refund or replacement in the following cases:

The printed products are not clear, blurry.
The print position is not centered as described on the site.
Incorrect product delivered in the order, or part of the order is incorrect.
Damaged in transit: torn, stretched.
The product has the wrong size or color as described.
Other errors caused by our production. When you encounter these unfortunate incidents, please email us about the issue (including actual images of the product and labels for proof) for prompt assistance with refund or return requests. We encourage you to receive a new replacement for the defective product, and you do not even need to return the defective product.
Your order has a quality issue. Please note that any claim related to quality issues or garment defects must be filed within 30 business days of the receipt date with clear evidence as below:

Photo(s) of the quality issues and all damaged parts of the actual product received.
Photo(s) of the incorrect delivered product (in case of incorrect color/design from the original order).
Photo(s) of the size label and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size compared to the original order).
Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.
